The overall financial health of the Association is good because of the generous support of property owners and interested citizens like you! Your support through membership in the Association and additional donations gives us strength in numbers and a strong voice in the local communities and the state.

However, there are additional needs for funding beyond what we currently have. Today, the milfoil growth is faster and greater than expected. We need to do more.

It’s a bargain - $100 for a resident member, $50 for an associate membership (with no voting rights) and $175 for commercial membership!
Add something additional to your annual membership dues. Donate to the Annual Fund. It’s painless and the funds go directly to the operating budget. Please contribute to our cause.
Make a donation or commitment to the Lakes Alive Endowment Fund. The Fund began in 2014 and has grown to over $2.25 million. The Fund supports current LDFLA Operations and will live on in perpetuity. Donations to Lakes Alive Endowment Fund may be made in the form of cash, stock or planned gifts. The LDFLA is a 501c3 public charity. Contact any Trustee for more details.
Learn to recognize and pull milfoil found along the shoreline. Milfoil is in everyone’s backyard. Collect fragments whenever you are on the lake. This helps to reduce our costs!
