Q. Is payment with a credit card secure?
A. Yes, we use PayPal as our credit card processing partner. When you select to "Pay Dues" or "Donate" you will be transferred from the LDFLA site to the secure PayPal site.
Q. Can I receive both emails and regular mailings?
A. Yes. Log into your account and click on "Edit Your Member Details." Scroll to the bottom of the page and make sure there is a check in both the "Receive Regular Mailings" and "Receive Email." We hope that you will choose to receive your mailings electronically to help us reduce costs and paper consumption.
Q. Do I need a PayPal account to pay my dues or make a donation?
A. No, you do not need a PayPal account. We have the account setup so you don't have to.
Q. There is only one field for an email address. Can I have two addresses in my profile?
A. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate more than one email address in your profile. We recommend that you setup a "rule" in your personal email to forward email from LDFLA to other email addresses you so desire.
Q. I don't have email, and limited access to the Internet. Will I stop receiving information if I don't edit my profile?
A. No, you will not notice any change in our correspondence with you.
Q. I am not able to login?
A. Make sure you are using the proper username and password that was given to you in the Spring Newsletter. If you changed your password and cannot remember it, please email us at membership@ldfla.com and we will get it straightened out.
Q. Why didn't I receive a username and password?
A. Only members in good standing for the 2009 season received a username and password to access their account. If you are new property owner or would like to join/ rejoin the Association, please email us at membership@ldfla.com or write to us at Attn: Membership, LDFLA, P.O. Box 14, Salisbury, VT, 05769 and we will get your account up and running.
Q. Why do I have two seperate accounts?
A. Some members have numerous accounts becuase they own multiple properties. Our database is set up to take these situations into consideration. If you want your multiple properties merged, please contact us and we will see how we may accomodate your specific needs.
